It was the year I experienced losing a friend for the first time. My dearest Vijay, my ISH brother, Indian dance partner and dearest friend.. Just gone... The ISH community spirit prevails even after all these years. ❤️
It was the year I skipped so much and so hard that my skipping rope snapped.
It was the year I ghosted a so called friend and then in turn was ghosted myself by a so called friend, both cases devastating.
It was the year i realised, sometimes questions will be left unanswered, but you can’t drive yourself crazy thinking about the what ifs or whys.
It was the year Cleo and I took a road trip to the earth heart chakra. A road trip of healing and moving forward with love.
It was the year I first rode a mechanical bull.
It was the year I completely changed my relationship with alcohol.
It was the year I started using filler.
It was the year i attended my first gay wedding. Congrats Aidan and Joel.
It was our first whole year of home education.
It was the year I realised I wanted to be physically strong, so that if there was an emergency I’d be able to carry both my babies to safety- like a badass.
I was the year I started to fit into all my pre baby clothes.
